The ideal candidate possesses:

• Minimum of ten years of experience in the Green Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably within the Green Industry).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on the company’s insurance policy.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Proficient in both oral and written communications.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, budgeting, e-mail use, and Quick Books.
• Able to build a high-performance internal company team (office manager, estimator, field managers, field crews, etc.) that requires minimal supervision while maintaining an atmosphere
of cooperation and professionalism.
