Each year, the Growers Committee plans an event where attendees tour member grower facilities. This affords the opportunity for both members and non-members to learn more about the unique growing operations producing quality nursery stock right in our back yards. It has always been important to cultivate relationships with the people you are sourcing products from, so that you have what you need when it’s time to install the job. But with the demands of today’s fast-paced world and constantly changing customer expectations, your supplier relationships have never been more critical. Consider bringing your team to this year’s event so you can connect with our network of growers!

We have secured a room block for our group at a rate of $115 plus tax per night. You must make your reservation by August 13, 2023 and use promo code GTB to receive the group rate. The rate will not be honored on third party booking sites. You must book through Hilton.com or call the hotel directly.

Registration Options

Registration will open on June 1st with a registration deadline of July 15th.

If you are planning to join us for all elements of the trip, keep it simple and select option 5 on the registration page. We have created other options for those with more complex travel situations.

Option One (basic) – Covers administrative costs, and includes the TSU Research Center Tour and your lunch on Day 1. You will need to drive yourself to all tour stops, as no group transportation would be included with this option. No group dinners are included. You would also be responsible for covering your lunch (fast food) on Thursday when we stop in Smithville. This is the most basic registration option.
Option Two – Includes administrative costs, group transportation on day 1, in addition to the TSU Research Center Tour and your lunch on Day 1. Dinner is not included. Nothing on Day 2 of the trip is included.
Option Three – Includes the TSU Research Center Tour and your lunch on Day 1, the group dinner both nights, and administrative costs. Group transportation is not included. You will need to drive yourself to all tour stops and the group dinners. You would also be responsible for covering your lunch (fast food) on Thursday when we stop in Smithville.
Option Four – Includes group transportation on day 1, the TSU Research Center Tour and your lunch on Day 1, administrative costs, and the Day 1 Group dinner. Nothing on Day 2 of the trip is included.
Option Five (comprehensive) – All elements of the trip are included except for your lunch (fast food) on Thursday when we stop in Smithville. This is the most comprehensive registration option.
