The client has lived on the property for over 50 years, having raised their family in the original home on the site. When their children were grown, rather than move elsewhere they built this current 6,000 sf home because of the calm tranquility of the wooded setting and stunning views this property offers. Starting from scratch allowed them to create custom views from inside the home and create outdoor ‘rooms’ that take advantage of the cool shade of the tree canopy. Maintaining their property includes twice weekly garden and hardscape maintenance, various plant health care services, and an abundance of seasonal flower and bulb installations to ensure the entire landscape remains impeccable.
