ILCA Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to event to receive full credit. Cancellations received after that time will receive a credit minus 35% of registration fee or cost of food/beverages, whichever is greater. Substitutions are always welcome. No-shows are not eligible for partial or full credit.

ILCA Conduct Statement: By attending an ILCA event, the registrant agrees to use proper conduct that includes:
Be considerate and respectful to each other.
Communicate openly and thoughtfully and encourage others to do the same.
Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or demeaning conduct.
Comply with all rules, policies, and procedures of the facilities at which the event is being held.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the location where the event is being held.
