As everyone was experiencing the challenges of the pandemic the homeowners were looking to update their property into their own tranquil garden oasis. However, given the state of the existing conditions this would mean that some commotion would have to occur to achieve that peace. Drainage and impervious restrictions meant that the design had to be functional as well as visually creative. A pervious paver patio with a renovated drainage system improved the storm water issues. Arborvitae and pyramidal Hornbeam enhanced the secluded experience while the placement of plants like Hosta, Hydrangeas, Clethra, Ajuga and transplanted Rudbeckia created a garden of visual enjoyment.
