Luther Village

The enchanting Luther Village is an adult community nestled in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and boasts of impressive landscapes, walking paths, unique seasonal displays, tranquil ponds, and native gardens that delight residents and guests alike. On this property, there was the significant challenge of creating seasonal color at each building entrance and three roadway entrances. Additionally, the ponds of this community were experiencing erosion along their shorelines. To address this challenge, our team executed a three-year project to repair the shoreline that included the installation of 165 tons of stone installed throughout the course of the project. For the last decade, beautiful seasonal flowers, rich turf, and crisp bed edges lead the way around the property and at the building entrances. All projects and regular maintenance not only make the community better but also enhance the life of the residents.
