Clients on a small suburban lot acquired an adjacent property to allow them to create their dream retreat space. The design transformed the area into a suburban oasis, providing elegance and additional privacy. Our team’s vision came to life in the creation of versatile spaces, suited for everything from fireside cocktails to large gatherings. The pool house design serves as an extension of the family’s existing home, offering a covered living space and full kitchen with amenities fit for a gourmet chef. The municipality-mandated drainage components are below ground in a sculpted rear lawn, hidden from view. No expense was spared on materials used to seamlessly blend the new landscape with the existing residence. Stone openings were carved to hide drain covers and pool jets, and details such as natural stone terraces, veneer, and custom water features were carefully selected to create a paradise perfect for year-round entertaining.
