About the Facilitator: Lola Wright
Lola Wright is a thought leader, speaker, and coach known for saying what others won’t and asking questions others don’t.

Lola is a Founder and CEO of four vibrant organizations in Chicago. Her work is dedicated to leadership transformation and growth including her non traditional executive coaching practice serving C-suite leaders, founders, and high performers.

The change Lola invites is not cerebral. It involves your heart and your gut. Releasing and becoming. Listening and connecting. She will provide the perspectives, stories, and tangible tools to name what you want and create it in your life, work, and relationships.

Lola has been seen on some of the most prominent stages including TedXChicago, Chicago Ideas, Chicago Humanities Festival, Windy City Live, and her decade of transformational leadership culminating in her role as CEO of one of the country’s most cutting edge communities, Bodhi Center. Lola owns and leads two businesses in the green industry, Nathan Wright Landscape Design and Nuluum, and is a longtime member of ILCA. She has been married to her husband, Nathan Wright, a Registered Landscape Architect for 17 years and is the mother of four children.
